General Motors is adding over 132,000 heavy-duty pickups in the U.S. to a previous recall for tailgate release switches that can short-circuit and open the gates while the trucks are in the park.

(CNN)– If you drive a general motors truck then you need to listen up. The auto manufacturer is recalling over 132 thousand trucks due to an issue with the tailgate. According to the recall notice water can get in the tailgate causing its electronic-gate-release switch to short circuit.
