Some downtown streets will be closed and on-street parking limited for the 51st downtown Knoxville Christmas Parade on Dec. 6. The parade, which runs south to north on Gay Street, starts at 6:45 p.m. at Main Street and ends by 8 p.m. at Magnolia Avenue.
