Snow and ice cause road closures in Smokies
GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WATE) — The Gatlinburg Bypass and Cherokee Orchard Road at Twin Creeks have been closed Wednesday due to snow and ice. A few house later, the National Park service announced that Little River Road/Fighting Creek Gap Road between the Sugarlands Visitor Center and Metcalf Bottoms is also closing temporarily because of snow.
