Is Drake avoiding the Rolling Loud Festival? Find out why one of the festival's founders claims the rapper has been 'ducking' them.

You know who's never performed at Rolling Loud? Drake. And it's not for a lack of trying. Rolling Loud co-founder Tariq Cherif made an appearance on Big Boy's Neighborhood recently and was asked which artist the festival hasn't been able to book for whatever reason.

LiAngelo Ball, known as "G3," released his hit single "Tweaker" on Friday and was announced as a Rolling Loud performer on Tuesday.
