Sen. John Barrasso that the confirmation hearing for Tulsi Gabbard is being held up by "a paperwork problem" with the Office of Government Ethics.

WASHINGTON, DC – Senator John Barrasso said on January 13 in a television interview that Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation hearing, as nominee for Director of National Intelligence, has been delayed due to a “paperwork problem” with the Office of Government Ethics.

Tulsi Gabbard, President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to lead the U.S. intelligence community, does not have a Senate confirmation hearing on the horizon amid concerns from Democrats over missing vetting materials.

During her presidential run six years ago, Tulsi Gabbard said the U.S. should focus on diplomacy when dealing with foreign adversaries.

Well, Tulsi Gabbard now says she is all for the unconstitutional law that permits the national security state to surveil Americans without obtaining legal warrants beforehand — a law Donald Trump’s nominee for director of national intelligence has previously and vigorously pledged to repeal.
