A water main break outside on Pittsburgh’s North Side has caused partial flooding outside of Allegheny General Hospital.

TROY — Part of Broadway is closed due to a ruptured downtown water pipe. The street is closed between Fifth Avenue and Fourth Street after the water main broke near the Atrium. Utility crews were at the scene late Tuesday morning.
