After the first week of Pro Bowl voting, it’s New Orleans Saints rookie punter Matthew Hayball ahead of his peers in the NFC:

Some of the names can be expected, such as Justin Jefferson, but some new names, like Andrew Van Ginkel, also made an appearance in the top ten voting results. It is important to note that we can see who ranks were in votes, but we cannot see how many votes separate them from others at the position.

The Houston Texans have the best record in the AFC, but the Pro Bowl votes aren’t showing it.

Through roughly the first week of 2025 Pro Bowl voting, two members of the Indianapolis Colts rank amongst the top 10 in votes at their respective position groups. At the guard position, Quenton Nelson comes in at No. 10, while Nick Cross is No. 4 among strong safeties. No other Colts are currently on the list.

Rookie Sione Vaki leads all NFL special teams players in Pro Bowl voting, but he's far from the only Lions player doing well.

What’s more shocking is that only one player ranks in the top 10 at his position: rookie Braden Fiske. He has the fifth-most fan votes among all defensive tackles in the NFL, behind only Dexter Lawrence, Vita Vea, Quinnen Williams and Cameron Heyward. All four of them have already been Pro Bowlers, so Fiske is in great company.
