After two straight days of selling, Super Micro stock is wavering in Thursday morning trading. Shares might look cheap enough to draw in some buyers despite a pair of issues weighing on the stock. The stock might avoid being delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange—but it looks destined to be removed from the Nasdaq 100 index.

Super Micro said late Friday that the Nasdaq granted its request for an extension for submitting key filings. SMCI stock jumped, continuing a big rebound.

"The Company's common stock will remain listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market during the exception period," Super Micro said in a press release. "If the Company files all the required reports by February 25, 2025, the common stock will remain listed, so long as the Company remains in compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules."
