The man accused of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur wants a judge to delay his upcoming trial, citing a private investigator's identification of new witnesses, court documents filed Friday said.

A jail fight between the man accused of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur and another man accused of murder began after each simply said, “What’s up” to each other, according to court documents.

The man charged in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur has also been indicted for fighting with another suspect while in the Las Vegas jail.
