The show was part Mariah Carey’s Christmas Time tour, which kicked off on Nov. 6 in Highland, Calif., and will conclude on Dec. 17 in New York. Ticketmaster informed Pittsburg ticket holders that a full refund would be issued, per its website. At the time of this post, she has not rescheduled the show.
