Funeral arrangements announced for West York officer killed in hospital shooting
Duarte was shot and killed in the line of duty during a shootout Saturday at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York County. An autopsy Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown concluded the death of Durate, 30, was caused by being shot in the torso.
