Interstate 70 and other mountain highways were closed Monday night as a winter storm continued to drop heavy snow across the Colorado’s high country.

Interstate 70 was closed in both directions Friday afternoon for a short time at the Eisenhower Tunnel in Colorado's mountains in snowy conditions.
