Sixers announce they waived Pete Nance, open a two-way roster spot
With the Sixers needing some big man depth back in early December with Joel Embiid and Andre Drummond dealing with injuries, the Sixers signed Pete Nance to a two-way deal. Nance had previous NBA experience with the Cleveland Cavaliers while also playing for the Cleveland Charge in the G League.

The Sixers waived Pete Nance, the team announced on Tuesday. Signed to a two-way contract by the team on Dec. 3, the 24-year-old Nance appeared in one game as a member of the Sixers and was active for seven contests.
