Kroger-Albertsons merger blocked by federal and Washington state judges
Under a divestment plan, C&S Wholesale Grocers would acquire three stores in Port Orchard and a Safeway along Highway 303 in East Bremerton from the merged Kroger-Albertsons. C&S would also take over two stores in Gig Harbor and a QFC in Belfair.
