Celia Fortner (セリア・フォルトゥナ, Seria Forutuna?, lit. "Celia Fortuna") is one of the central antagonists of Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. She is the figurehead of With Light, a religious cult similar to that of Graham Jones' own.
