The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) is the public utilities commission of the state of Indiana, led by five commissioners appointed by the governor. The commission regulates electric, natural gas, telecommunications, steam, water and sewer utilities.

The Commission is overseen by five commissioners who are appointed by the governor. No more than three of the commissioners, including the chair, may be of the same political party as the governor. The commissioners are appointed to staggered four-year terms.
